Hope tonight i go to bed early

i am a good example of sleep deprive. I use to  it so much  that sometimes i'm forcing myself to stay awake even i'm sleepy. I  would like to change that so  i can have some  good hours  sleeping like any normal person. It seems like every day i fall a sleep exactly at the  same  time. I know  theres some of my classmates  who can sleep  more then  14  hours can  you  guys give me  some  advices about  what  to  do.

  1. I'm not the one to ask. I don't have problems falling asleep, but I can't sleep late even if I have nothing to do the next day. I'm sorry you're having trouble with sleeping. That can be so frustrating and upsetting!
