i am a good example of sleep deprive. I use to it so much that sometimes i'm forcing myself to stay awake even i'm sleepy. I would like to change that so i can have some good hours sleeping like any normal person. It seems like every day i fall a sleep exactly at the same time. I know theres some of my classmates who can sleep more then 14 hours can you guys give me some advices about what to do.
I'm not the one to ask. I don't have problems falling asleep, but I can't sleep late even if I have nothing to do the next day. I'm sorry you're having trouble with sleeping. That can be so frustrating and upsetting!
